課程能短時間內提升學員語言內容、非語言表達和聲調的感染能力。課程大受需要推薦員工參與傑出銷售和優秀服務員等比賽的企業歡迎。教學過程還會有錄像服務，方便學員和管理層進行檢討。

4. 傳授富感染力的語言和非語言的表達方法。配合錄影及即場播放再直接教練，學員可知道個人進度，有效改善表現
